coordinate transformations between coordinates and reference
systems, distance calculations, and geodetic functions that
can be called from Windows applications. The DLL enable the
program developer to perform professional grade coordinates
transformations: 1.The current and many historical Coordinate
and Reference Systems of all States of the European Union
(EU) including the easte extension from April 2004 and
other European Systems. 2.The US and Canadian State Plane
Coordinate Systems (SPCS) on NAD27 and NAD83 and other

Continent. 3.The Coordinate and Reference Systems of the
Australian Continent and of other Continents. 5.All
world wide used Coordinate and Reference Systems.
User defined coordinates systems, local reference systems and
earth ellipsoids can be definated on base of the earth half
axis and 7 parameters Helmert or 3 parameters Molodenski
transformations. The DLL comes with documentation and can be
used with many commonly used programming languages.
