WaveWarp is the ultimate modular audio effects processing software for Windows. The heart of WaveWarp is the DrawingBoard. Simply drag the desired building blocks from the component library, drop them on to the DrawingBoard, and hook them up with virtual cables. With a few mouse clicks, you can build effects of arbitrary complexity by connecting together basic modules selected from an extensive library containing over 250 components. You can create your own digital delays, reverbs, flangers, choruses, filters, equalizers, noise cancellers, expanders, limiters, compressors, noise gates, modulators, spectral tranformers, signal generators etc, plus an unlimited range of customised algorithms. Components can be arranged in arbitrarily complex networks consisting of series, parallel, feedforward, and feedback connections. The result is an astonishing range of possibilities. All components are executed sample by sample in real time on a Pentium class PC with any Windows compatible soundcard (Windows 95, 98, NT4, or 2000 required). WaveWarp has full multi channel I/O capability, and supports simultaneous use of multiple soundcards. The audio engine has full multirate functionality, allowing integer factor sample rate conversions between components. For signal visualisation, WaveWarp includes digital displays, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
