seeNC Mill is a tool path simulator for CNC lathes and machining
centers with Fanuc controllers.
If you are programming manually, it pays to verify your NC program
operations ahead of time. Mistakes in the NC program that aren.t
discovered until the part is being cut on the machine are very costly
when you consider all the factors.

Machining the part before machining the production part is wasted time
and a drain on company resources. The machine and operator are occupied
on non production work. The prove out process can take several
iterations to get it right and involve more time on the part of the
programmer.

Benefits of using seeNC
.Eliminate machine downtime due to single block and dry run checks.
.Avoid accidents.
.Avoid first part rejection caused by improper programming.
.Reduced machine cost no need for tool path graphics option on
machine.

Efficient verification
seeNC checks for both kinds of errors possible in an NC program: syntax
(example : use of improper G code) and logical (example : programming a
rapid traverse command when linear interpolation is intended).
Syntax error checking is done in seconds, and feedback is immediate. A
list of errors with their locations is automatically displayed. Logical
errors are checked through the graphical tool path simulation, which
dynamically shows the tool shape, position, and parameters like the
current spindle speed and feed rate.
The NC program format can be configured to suit your programming style.
For example, G02 / 03 blocks can be configured to take R or IJ.
A tools database contains standard tools with their complete geometry
definition. A tool in the database can be assigned to each tool number
in the program. Example: In a lathe program, a PCLNL2020 tuing tool
can be assigned to T1.
