Wave Editor is THE audio editor for Mac OS X. Designed in Cocoa from
the ground up, Wave Editor proudly takes advantage of CoreAudio,

Wave Editor takes over where Peak, Spark and Sound Designer II left
off incorporating the standard audio editing features youre used to

Wave Editor introduces the concept of "layered audio" to audio
editing. Layer portions of audio (in any format), Audio Units and
fades on top of each other, edit to your hearts content, then flatten
your file to get a result that would have taken much longer the
old fashioned way!

Wave Editor introduces "SmartEdits" and the "Edit List". Slice audio
into sections, move them wherever you want (even between documents),
assign names, colors, fades (and more) and make them work together for
the most unique and flexible crossfades. If youre familiar with Sound
Designer IIs "Playlists", take the next step with Wave Editors "Edit

Wave Editor includes an advanced Inspector, statistical analyzer,
